The GMPA Architects-designed three-story boutique apartment building located in the heart of Thousand Oaks was recently approved by the planning commission.
Clean modern lines and respect for the scale of existing properties steered the project’s design. The building includes 40 units over one level of underground parking. Resident amenities include fitness and club room spaces opening to a landscaped courtyard with lounge seating, a fire pit and barbecue area.
