J. Kobi Moses, AIA

Founding Principal

With so few “easy” sites available for development today, it is important for architects to embrace the spirit of innovation in their designs. Kobi Moses truly embraces this spirit. Having grown up in a highly populated community, high-density mixed-use urban living is the norm, not the exception. For Kobi, site constraints and geographic challenges represent opportunities to put his significant expertise in the fields of urban architecture, planning and construction to use. For each of his projects, Kobi’s role is one of client advocacy – closely monitoring budget, schedule, and quality. He often becomes involved with the client during the planning stage, assisting with site selection, entitlements, and the approval process. Recognizing what a critical role communication plays on each project, he works with clients to ensure that their goals are met and to keep them involved at each stage.
